Please contact us for further details if you would like to know more about becoming a Cindy Lass Needlepoint Partner or Stockist or by filling in our mailing section on our front page.
We guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, provided you return the complete kit, along with all items and its gift bag in a clean and re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt, the cost of the item/s will be refunded. Please send it to:

We will contact you the minute we have received the package and let you know if your item can be refunded as per our return terms. Please mark your package as 'FRAGILE' with the words 'RETURNING ITEMS' and remember to insure it and send it as a tracked item by registered post or courier.
