Orders

There is no minimum to any orders that you make. Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within 2 - 5 business days.

For additional assistance, orders can also be taken over the phone by calling our number in London. An answering service will answer your call after business hours. 

We do our best to respond to all messages the following business day. Orders can also be mailed tothe above address.

Payment & Pricing

We accept credit and debit cards from VISA, Master Card and American Express al processed through Paypal. All orders made online will result in an order confirmation email to authorise the payment.

If the order is made over the phone, an invoice with the total charges to your credit or debit card will be mailed the day your shipment leaves our offices.

 

All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to correction from time to time and may reflect changes in our terms and conditions.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourself in producing the highest quality as well as producing the most creative and fairly priced products. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return your items for a refund or exchange.

If items are being returned, you are responsible for shipping expenses for any reason other than the items being defective. In addition, a 25% restocking fee might be charged if the returned product is not defective. 

We will do whatever we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we will support you in every way we can.
